Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, as long as it hasn’t shipped: email us quickly at contact@shop-nordique.com. Once shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it unopened within 30 days (return shipping at your expense).
Do I have to pay taxes on top?
No. The price shown is the final price: no tax (GST/QST) is added at checkout. Only delivery charges outside Québec, where applicable, are added and shown before payment.
What’s in the box?
The 1200 W motor base, the fast extractor blade, a 900 ml cup, a 590 ml cup, 2 to-go lids, a recipe book and the user guide.
Is delivery really free?
Yes, anywhere in Québec, with no minimum purchase. Elsewhere in Canada, delivery costs $24.99.
How long until I receive my order?

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt, if the package has not been opened (for hygiene reasons). Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective. See our return policy.
