These terms apply to any order placed on shop-nordique.com.
Price
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). The price shown is the final price: no tax (GST/QST) is added. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before payment.
Order and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is validated. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or stock shortage; you will then be refunded in full.
Cancellation, delivery and returns
An order can be cancelled free of charge as long as it has not shipped. Once shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return, with shipping costs at the customer’s expense (except for defective products). See our Delivery and Return policy.
Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act, as well as the manufacturer’s warranty.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec.
