Here are our cancellation, return and refund terms.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Cancelling an order<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Before shipping<\/strong> : you can cancel your order free of charge by emailing us at <a href=\"mailto:contact@shop-nordique.com\">contact@shop-nordique.com<\/a>. You will be refunded in full.<\/li><li><strong>After shipping<\/strong> : the order can no longer be cancelled. You may, however, return the product under the return terms below (section 2).<\/li><li>A package refused at delivery or not picked up at the post office is treated as a return: the original shipping charges and the return charges are deducted from the refund.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Returning a product (change of mind)<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You have <strong>30 days<\/strong> from receipt of your order to request a return.<\/li><li>For hygiene reasons (an appliance in contact with food), only products <strong>in their original sealed, never-opened packaging<\/strong>are accepted.<\/li><li><strong>Return shipping costs are the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/strong> We recommend a tracked shipment: we are not responsible for a package lost or damaged during return.<\/li><li>Original delivery charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.<\/li><li>Before sending anything, email us at <a href=\"mailto:contact@shop-nordique.com\">contact@shop-nordique.com<\/a> with your order number: we will send you the return address. Packages sent without prior authorization may be refused.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Defective or damaged product<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, email us as soon as possible with photos. <strong>In that case, return shipping is at our expense<\/strong> and we will send you a replacement or a full refund, even if the packaging has been opened. This is in addition to the legal warranty under Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s Consumer Protection Act and the manufacturer\u2019s warranty.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Refunds<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
